This high-intensity, non-impact routines safely stimulate from head to toe. A large portion of the class is dedicated to stretching to help rest and repair your muscles. This multi-level spin class is a 2 for 1 powerhouse workout, coupling cardiovascular endurance with muscular endurance by manipulating the resistance on the flywheel. This workout uses fun music to separate your intervals for about 45 minutes followed by a recovery, cool down, and stretching. Please arrive 10 minutes early for proper bike setup.

This class works through a series of functional exercises and stretches to help you move better in your workouts, golf and tennis game, and everyday life. It will also help increase flexibility. posture and range of motion to prevent muscle imbalances that can lead to injury. This class can be done seated if preferable. All levels are welcome.

This class will work rotation and core stabilization without losing your neutral pelvic posture. Help you increase strength levels through specific exercises to increase clubhead power and speed. Train balance and mobility – the fine line between mobility and stability in your stance and swing. And work on flexibility to control the functional part of the golf swing and release and stretch tight areas to provide better mobility and create more power in your drives.
Our TRX suspension class offers a full-body workout. Using the TRX total-body exercise system you will use your bodyweight to perform a variety of exercises. By varying your body position while holding the suspension straps, you control how challenging the workout can be. This workout develops strength, balance, and core stability. This class is a maximum of 6 participants.
